Not enough of virtual memory

Hello,
When I tried to import a directory with pictures and videos, I had a "Not enough of virtual memory" error..
Someone can help me ?
Do we have a solution for this ?

Dear Stéphane,
In order to assist you, we will need specific information about which of the StudioLine products and version you are using, as well as the diagnostic logs after you had encountered the error.
Please start the software, visit the Help menu and then choose the option to send a “Service Request”. This will gather up the information we need and forward it to us for inspection.
Once we have those details, we can see if the problem might be specific to a certain file, and then try to focus our attention on that.
