Hi, I have a strange error. When you right click on Keywords and hit New Keywords, or hit the icon the program will hang. It must end with violence. How to proceed?

Dear ChristerT,
After the crash occurred, please restart StudioLine, and then use the "Help" menu and choose the option to send contact Customer Service with a technical service request. The service request will submit diagnostic log files to our product development team who will then be able to investigate the issue in more detail.
