Sorry if this is a daft question (wouldn't be my first!) - but can Photo Classic 4 produce proxy images for RAW files from a Nikon D810? I'm getting some very wierd results, yet if I convert the files to DNG format, they upload perfectly. Very strange as proxy images for RAW files from my previous D300 look fine in P.C. 4 (and P.C.3 before it). Any guidance much appreciated.

Thanks for letting us know what you've experienced. RAW images from Nikon D810 are supported in the current release of StudioLine Photo Classic 4. If you are experiencing some problem, please describe how you load the images (direct from camera, or via some intermediary method.) Please also collect a screenshot if the problem concerns how the image displays in StudioLine. Then, send a technical service request from the 'Help' menu. Please include the screenshot and log files from when you reproduced the problem (all logs from the day you loaded the image and when you saw the problem.)
Most importantly, send us a sample image in RAW format that we can test. You can send it to support_us@studioline.net.
If the image is too large for email, you can send it through our MediaCenter.email webpage.

Sorry, can't work out how to attach a file via the MediaCenter - keeps telling me that none is selected, then times out. You know you're dealing with an idiot ...

I apologize if the upload process is not sufficiently intuitive. Your feedback will help us to improve that site!

First, I'm assuming that you have your RAW file in some of your Windows folders either on the local drive or an attached drive?
Secondly, are you using Windows 7? If not, what browser (such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) are you trying?

If you are using Windows Vista or older, or if the file you are trying to send is ONLY available INSIDE of StudioLine, then please let us know and we'll send instructions for THAT.

Otherwise, open the Windows folder that contains your RAW file. In Windows 7 or 8, open the MediaCenter.email site in your Internet Explorer. On older Windows versions, open Netscape or some other browser.

Drag the file to be uploaded from your Windows folder onto the "SELECT FILES" button (see screen sample below):

Unfortunately, there is no immediate feedback that that worked. But, you can press on the "=" button next to the Select Files button to see the list of files ready to be uploaded. Assuming your files appear in the list, you can fill in the rest of the form and "Send".

If the file you are trying to upload is only available in StudioLine itself, you can right-click that file in StudioLine (after updating to the most recent version as necessary), choose to send with MediaCenter.email, but be certain you choose the option to send the "original" file (which would be the underlying RAW file):

The problem with Nikon D810 raw images was fixed with StudioLine version 4.1.0.
