Hi,
I am a long time Studioline user and fan. Does this new version of Photo Classic have any annotation capability? I use photos for construction documentation... it would be very handy to have built-in capability to draw arrows, text, and clouds. edited by Andy Schmidt on 8/18/2014

Hi, I changed the subject to "Drawing Markup" to more accurately describe the feature you were asking about. StudioLine does have extensive abilities to textually "annotate" pictures using either the various standards-based Exif, IPTC and XMP fields, or unlimited user-defined "descriptor" fields. However, it does NOT have any built-in bitmap editing capabilities, or the ability to create some sort of "overlay", where you could use drawing tools to graphically markup an image. This is a fairly specialized application. If you do have a suitable bitmap editing/markup tool, then you can add that tool to StudioLine with a shortcut to that external application. This way, you would be able to manage your photos / graphics in StudioLine, and directly (from within the image archive) would be able to launch hat external application to edit any selected image. So while it would not be a built-in function, you would be able to extend StudioLine's capability that way. (You may already be using that method, but I wanted to mention that in case you were not yet aware of that option).
