How to Submit Diagnostic Logs for Startup Issues

In cases where StudioLine does not (or no longer) open, you will find the program's diagnostic logs in the "Logs" subfolder of your StudioLine Data folder that you had created during the installation. A typical location might be:
- C:\StudioLine4 Data\Logs\ or if freshly installed:
- C:\Program Data\H&M System Software\StudioLine product name 4\
In the folder, you will notice text files with names similar to this: where "yy", "mm" and "dd" will be substituted with the year, month and date that the software was started.
Gather up all the files for today's date (or whichever days that the issue occurred) and then send them to us using our free file submission page:
